Brothers Bar and Grill was founded in 1990 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin and since then has expanded to 17 locations in 10 Midwestern states. Over the years, we are honored to have received some of the Hospitality Industry’s top honors for our food and beverage programs.
Our Executive Chef has developed a full scratch kitchen serving quality items that you just wouldn’t expect in a sports-themed restaurant. Yep, we highlighted “scratch.” Our sauces, salad dressings, even the potato chips are made from scratch every day. Each store’s menu caters to its local customer base and includes items such as appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and full entrées.
On the beverage side of the operation, Brothers has developed a strong reputation for a fun, and safe environment. Attention to architectural detail, high standards, and our focus on customer service has made Brothers a recognized leader in each of its markets.
